'A Christmas Carol 1.0' is a HyperCard version of the holiday novel by Charles Dickens  You will need HyperCard version 2.1 (or later) to read the book.  The stack is being released for free but is NOT in the public domain.  You may freely distribute it but please do not distribute modified copies of this work.  If you have any suggestions or comments, or would like to receive new books automatically as we publish them,  please send e-mail to:  <mattmatt@dartmouth.edu> and/or <espen@dartmouth.edu>.  Enjoy!

  8. To obtain all of our books via anonymous FTP:
  9.    login to   <ftp.dartmouth.edu>
  10.   change directory to  /pub/Hyperbooks/

  12. All of the books should be there in their latest incarnations.  The all have the format

  14. Book_Title_1.0.cpt.hqx    [where ‘1.0’ may be replaced by another version number]
